30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Opened or used personal-care items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused or unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit-card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears.
